Our program is dedicated to establishing a sustainable Olympic player development pathway for Calgary's talented young athletes. We strive to provide a platform for flag football enthusiasts in the U12, U14, and U16 divisions, fostering excellence through rigorous tryouts, expert coaching, and international-standard competitions.

Summer - Co-ed - Calgary Youth Flag Football

Your choice of Acadia (315 90 Ave SE) or Glenmore 2 (5300 19 ST SW)
Playoffs will be at Shouldice (1515 Home Road NW)

Must be 12-18 for boys and 13-19 for girls (as of July 1st)

Practices are Tuesday or Wednesday evenings and a game on Saturday afternoon

Must be 7-16 for girls (as of July 1st)

Fall Co-ed - Calgary Football


We play out of Acadia(315 90 Ave SE) with playoffs at Shouldice (1515 Home Road NW).

Must be age 6.5 to 15.5 - for boys and age 6.5 to 16.5 for girls (as of September 1st)

There will be a short practice followed by a game on Saturday

Registration opens June 27th 

Winter Co-ed - Indoor

Located in the Shouldice Encana Dome this program is offered to co-ed players age 6-15 as of January 1st.

There will be a short practice followed by a game every other Sundays starting January

Must be 12 to be in player throw.

2023 Season runs January 13 – April 14 and includes 6 sessions.

Saturdays: January 13, 27. February 10, 24. March 16.

Playoffs: Sunday, April 14
